CERAMICS - ON AND OFF THE WHEEL

Tuesdays, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m., September 25 - December 11, 2007

This class is for students of all skill levels. Beginners will learn the skills necessary to throw a pot: centering, pulling, lifting the pot off the wheel and trimming. Intermediate students will work on individual projects to advance their knowledge. Surface treatments for decorative effect will be covered using slips, carving and glazing. Experienced potters will further develop and refine their throwing skills.
