Course Description:
Taking inspiration from MCG’s March-April show featuring work by North Carolina potter, Suze Lindsay, this course will help refine your throwing skills while developing a personal design sensibility through forming and surface decoration techniques. Weekly demonstrations will include tips for improving functional wares and altering wheel-thrown forms. Finish your wares in our high temperature gas updraft and/or a firing in our soda kiln at the course’s conclusion.
