Bring your photo album to life! Dust off that box of old photographs, gather the pictures you took on your last vacation and bring them to our digital photography lab where we will collage them into a video complete with soundtrack. Learn to use Mac software like iMovie, iDVD and Garage Band to creatively compile your favorite snapshots and produce a DVD you can enjoy with family and friends for years to come. All you need are photos to get started so come take a walk with us down montage memory lane.

Fridays, 1-4 pm, June 27 - July 25, 2008 (5 classes)

Summertime is for exploration and that’s exactly what we’ll be doing during Friday afternoons in the photography studio. Take a walk on the wild side of digital imaging by printing your pictures on a variety of surfaces, textures and tones. Create entertaining and useful pieces like greeting cards, t-shirts, glow in the dark magnets or temporary tattoos. Test your work on different photographic surfaces and fine art papers to find out how you can really make them pop. Medium Rare is for everyone from beginners to professionals—whether you’re looking to add variety to your portfolio, spice up your personal album or create a new and unique work of art just for fun. Remember to bring your own images!
