Making a decision about higher education is one of the most important you will face in your lifetime. You can read books, study rankings in magazine articles or spend hours scouring websites and still not have a great idea of what attending a particular school will actually be like. MCG Youth makes periodic visits to college campuses throughout Western Pennsylvania region and occasionally to other places. These experiences offer students a chance to learn more about programs offered, experience the community and get a feel for the student body. Having this experience with your MCG friends and artist mentors also provides a unique opportunity to reflect on what you see, hear and think about college. Participating in these trips provides personal experience to your decision-making process about higher education.
