How the West was One, A Circle of Understanding The adventure experience selected for the year 2000 spring break is the Ride Through History to Arizona. This educational adventure will take nine students from different Pittsburgh Public High Schools to Arizona and New Mexico. Its purpose is to discover and interpret western history from differing cultural perspectives.
